Crawfordville Lindy's was opened in August 1996 by Jerome and Terri Robinson. Jerome had worked at Lindy's and managed one in Tallahassee for about 20 years. Upon moving to Crawfordville in 1994 when the opportunity came around for him to start his own franchise we did just that. Jerome enjoys cooking. He says it's a way for him to relax and he gets satisfaction from seeing smiles on his customers faces when they are done with their meal. Crawfordville is such a small town and we try to give back to help one another because we are just one big family.
